Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic focused on older adult patients
• Nurse practitioner-led team with collaborative support
• Full MA/scribe and RN support available

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Full-time coverage needed with no call responsibilities

Procedures and Cases

• General primary care for Medicare-aged patients (65+)
• Common cases include diabetes, hypertension, CHF, mild cognitive impairment, and coronary artery disease
• Manage 16-18 patients per day in a steady-paced environment

Requirements

• Active Ohio NP license required 
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Adult Nurse Practitioner
• DEA certification and Arabic-speaking ability required
