We are seeking a highly skilled Locum General Surgeon to join our dynamic medical team. The successful candidate will be involved in performing a wide range of surgical procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to the advancement of surgical procedures and techniques. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who is passionate about making a significant impact in the lives of patients through surgical intervention. The Locum General Surgeon will be responsible for performing surgeries with the flexibility to manage their schedule and caseload.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct preoperative consultations to discuss the potential risks and benefits of surgical intervention.
2. Perform a wide array of general surgeries while adhering to the highest standards of medical practice.
3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and execute complex surgeries.
4. Monitor patients' recovery, and provide appropriate post-operative care and advice.
5. Work closely with the medical team to ensure the quality of care, patient safety, and continuity of services.
6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in general surgery and integrate them into surgical procedures when applicable.
7. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those regarding patient confidentiality and informed consent.
8. Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified/Eligible in General Surgery.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
