In this role, you will be responsible for helping with all aspects of the Locker Room Operations at Desert Mountain this includes assistance with daily food & beverage service and special events. This position will establish a culture and atmosphere consistent with a top locker room operation.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a great attitude, passion for golf and hospitality, and driven to deliver excellence. Prior country club experience is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service with a warm welcome and fond farewell to each member and guest with a smile and name recognition.
• Maintain Club facilities, including restrooms, wash area, showers, clear day lockers and performing general cleaning duties as needed.
• Print updated tee sheets from the golf shop to display in locker room area.
• Assist members and guests with posting golf scores.
• Assist with inventory control and ordering of all amenities. Make viable suggestions concerning new products, especially those suggested by members.        
• Re-spike, clean and polish shoes.
• Perform set up and tear down of continental breakfast.
• Promote monthly rental of member lockers and assist guests with day lockers.
• Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Required to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Required to stand for long periods of time.
