This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

Job Details:

• $0.65-$0.69 per mile
• Load pay: $4 per load
• Stop pay: $6 per stop
• Drop and hook pay: $8 per event
• Additional pay: $100 per day
• Trailer move: $16 per move
• Detention pay: $4 per hour
• Emergency load pay: $100-$200 per load
• Miscellaneous hourly work: $16 per hour
• Safety training: $20 per hour
• Off account: $280-$350 per day
• Holiday pay: $160 per day

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $80,000
• Daily home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
