Job Description:

• Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients, assessing their needs and developing customized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' needs and goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program in Physical Therapy.
• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years practicing as Physical Therapist preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
