Number of Staff – 4-5 RTs per shift. Type of staff: Day Shift – RRT, CRT; Night Shift – RRT, CRT. Type of equipment – V60, EV300, GE, Servo, Drager ventilators, AIRVO HFNC, EMR - Meditech. Typical hiring profile: Must have experience in an acute level hospital, at least one year. Preferred: Greater than one year experience in acute care hospital, ventilator experience, ED Trauma experience, PICU experience, NICU experience. Typical procedures performed include breathing treatments, critical thinking, ventilators, non-invasive ventilators, intubation assist, oxygen management, ABGs. Best personality fit: Patient focused, attention to details, team player, positive attitude, energetic.
Job Details
- Required experience in an acute level hospital, at least one year.
- Greater than one year experience in acute care hospital preferred.
- License with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts.
- Registered or Certified RT with the NBRC.
Job Requirements
- Work weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
- On Call voluntary only.
