Terraboost Media is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative for our growing local sales team.

As part of our local team, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our advertiser base by showcasing an innovative opportunity: enabling local businesses to sponsor health and wellness in supermarkets, drugstores, malls, gyms, and airports. Advertisers will also enjoy prime visibility with jumbo wellness billboards strategically placed at the front doors and pharmacy wait areas of America’s top retailers, including CVS, Kroger, and Albertsons.

Salary Range is $60,000 to $70,000 DOE, plus Commissions
The Business Development Representative plays a crucial role by managing and nurturing inbound leads. The BDR will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, understanding their needs, and setting up meetings for our Inside Sales Teams. The BDR is responsible for generating high quality lead opportunities through effective lead management and engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
Inbound Leads

Lead Qualification:

Quickly respond to inbound leads (from phone calls, emails, website, etc.) to qualify their interest and needs.

Customer Engagement:
-
Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our advertising opportunity.

Pipeline Management:
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.

Schedule Meetings:
-
Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Inside Sales Team and/or Independent Sales Contractors with qualified leads.

Collaboration:
-
Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Inside Sales Team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads.

Performance Metrics:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings set.
Continuous Improvement:

Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Client Win-Back

Client Re-Engagement:

Identify and reach out to past clients, understanding their reasons for leaving and presenting compelling reasons for their return.

Strategic Outreach:

Develop and implement tailored strategies to win back clients, leveraging data and insights to inform your approach.

Navigate and overcome objections, challenges and setbacks with resilience and a positive attitude.

Schedule Meetings:

Coordinate and schedule meetings for the Inside Sales Team with qualified leads.

Outbound Leads
-
Make outbound calls on marketing campaigns (or other) to determine whether clients are a good fit for the company’s offerings based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

Secure meetings for the Account Executives.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:

3 to 5 years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or business development. Experience managing inbound leads is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
