At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we create memories worth repeating. We do this every day across Dollywood Resorts which includes over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our plan is to grow our resort footprint to over 1200 rooms across five resorts at Dollywood and to add other resorts to our overall company resort portfolio.

We are seeking a Lobby Bar Server who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand and our region.

We are seeking an individual who has the ability to bring the vision of the Dollywood Resorts to life. The recipe for the right Lobby Bar Server will be equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, mentor and motivator.
The Lobby Bar Server is to provide an excellent dining experience for our guests through proper steps of service and maintain a great work environment for our fellow hosts and vendors. The Server will take and deliver accurate food and drink orders. All to be done in a manner consistent with The Dollywood Company’s Mission and Values.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Checks with Manager for daily forecast training standard objectives.
- Ascertains the daily specials from kitchen and communicates them.
- Inspects lobby bar for cleanliness and proper supply levels.
- Cleans and organizes workstation.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes.
- Actively solicits guests orders and makes positive recommendations.
- Champions the guest service experience.
- Performs service, busser and runner duties as appropriate.
- Must be willing to work in other disciplines within the department as directed by management.
- Uses POS accurately. Handles cash and card transactions as directed.
- Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
- Participates in daily line ups.
- Practices service standards and current training throughout service.
Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time.
Education and Experience Required
- 6 months of previous job-related experience, Preferred.
- Must be able to obtain food and alcoholic beverage server certification.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
