Job Details
- 7 or more years of related work experience including at least 5 years of experience reviewing commercial loan activities in accordance with standard due diligence techniques at regulatory/federal agencies, financial institutions or similar organizations and 5 years of project management experience managing commercial loan activities review
- Proficient knowledge of SBA 7(a) Loan Program Requirements (SOP) regarding loan application, underwriting, closing, servicing, liquidation and litigation; and commercial lending and credit processes
- Must be able to deal effectively and communicate with individuals at all levels
- Prior SBA 7(a) Loan Program experience required
