Job Role
- Expertly handle complex or high-risk syndicated and commercial loan transactions, leveraging your deep understanding of specialty products.
- Fulfill crucial fiduciary duties when acting as the Bank's Agent, ensuring rigorous validation of construction due diligence and monitoring ongoing construction progress.
- Engage directly with high-profile clients to provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee the preparation and review of comprehensive legal and commercial documentation to maintain compliance with intricate deal structures and regulatory standards.
- Offer consultative support to customers, investors, and internal teams, ensuring flawless execution of transactions.
- Ensure all transactions meet the set criteria for credit approvals, legal standards, service levels, and procedural adherence, determining the feasibility of loan disbursements.
- Analyze reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality, and uphold compliance, engaging in risk mitigation when necessary.
- Act as a knowledge resource within the team, providing training on specialty products when required.
