Location: Agoura Hills, CA
Hourly Rate: $24 - $27 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Loan Servicing Payoff Demand Specialist to join our team in Agoura Hills, CA. This position requires a strong background in loan servicing and expertise in calculating daily interest (per diem). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payoff demands, ensuring accuracy, and providing excellent service to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process loan payoff demand requests accurately and efficiently.
Calculate daily interest (per diem) for loan payoff balances.
Prepare and send payoff statements to borrowers, title companies, and other stakeholders.
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and title companies to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to loan payoffs.
Maintain accurate records of loan payoff transactions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Work closely with other departments to coordinate the timely processing of loan payoffs.
Respond to inquiries and provide guidance regarding loan payoff amounts, interest calculations, and procedures.
Assist in managing and tracking loan payoff data within the company's system.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan servicing or a related field.
Solid understanding of loan servicing processes, including calculating daily interest (per diem).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with loan servicing software is preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry best practices related to loan servicing is a plus.
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $24 - $27 per hour, based on experience.
