The Loan Services Assistant position coordinates office operations and performs administrative duties in support of the Loan Services Team. The position processes all Association long-term real estate full deed of trust releases. This position is also a trainee for the Loan Services Specialist role and will provide backup to the Loan Services Specialists in the Loan Services department. The trainee component requires review and preparation of legal documents for loan closings.
This position is open until filled.
This position is located in Jefferson City, Missouri.
This position is classified as Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Required Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of related experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Required Knowledge and Skills
- General clerical skills
- Communication skills sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex issues
- Skill in listening and conveying awareness of a customer's problem or issue to find resolution
