LOAN PROCESSING ASSISTANT - Spherion

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processing Assistant to join our client's law firm. The ideal candidate will have strong document preparation skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet closing deadlines.

Responsibilities:
Prepare loan documentation in Word format by interpreting lender instructions and title commitments
Utilize document automation systems developed by West, Webb
Proficiently use redlining and strikeout features in Word
Manage section breaks, headers, and footers in complex documents
Insert and embed images in documents as needed
Create and manipulate spreadsheets in Excel
Use Adobe Pro for PDF editing and management
Manage email communications effectively using Outlook
Operate copy machines to create TIFF and JPEG files for exhibits
Assist in other exhibit creation methods as required

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a lender loan assistant, title company escrow assistant, or title company escrow officer
Familiarity with legal document preparation and loan processing procedures
High school diploma required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including:
Redlining and strikeout features
Section breaks
Headers and footers
Inserting and embedding images
Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Pro
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
