The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is: $32.44 to $51.81.
The Loan Operations Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for conducting critical independent post-booking quality control reviews of all loans booked by the department. Ensures loan documents are accurate and in compliance with all applicable Bank policies, procedures, and Federal/State regulations. Responsible for reconciling various loan general ledges on a daily basis, processes SBA 1502 reports and annual escrow analysis for the mortgage loans portfolio. Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:Requirements:
- Two-year degree in business, finance, accounting, or formalized lending programs such as through American or Maryland Bankers Associations
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent and additional two years of direct experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 7 years commercial loan booking experience
Preferences:
- Four-year degree in business, finance, or related field
- Thorough knowledge of interpreting commercial loan documents
- Proficient in MS Office particularly MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and third parties
- Knowledge of General Ledger balancing and common banking transactions
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be detailed oriented with a commitment to a high level of data integrity and accuracy
