Loan Operations Officer - Signature Bank of Georgia

Ensures accuracy and timeliness of operational duties for the Bank's loan processes to include but not limited to; Pre-Close, Doc-Prep, Booking, Post-Closing, and Servicing. Prepares in-house loan documents in Laser Pro and accurately book loans in Navigator a Fiserv core. Performs audit reviews of loan input and follows up on credit and collateral loan documentation files. Sets up and clears document tracking ticklers in Sageworks by Abrigo and reviews weekly reports. Assist in loan servicing, loan research, problem resolution and processing loan payoffs. Performs data entry functions and maintains commercial and consumer loan files. Monitors loans for consistency of work quality pertaining to bank lending policies and procedures. Confirms that the bank is compliant with all state and federal laws, and regulations. Completes routine administrative, operational, and service support tasks. Assists in developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures and modifies as needed. Produces services in a professional and efficient manner.
