We are looking for a Loan Operations Post Closing Intern to join our Souderton based team in the summer of 2025. Please note, this will be full time and onsite in Souderton, PA.
Responsibilities:As a Loan Operations Post Close Intern, you will support the post-closing processes involved in the loan lifecycle. You will work closely with our experienced loan operations team to ensure that loans are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry and develop key skills in loan documentation, customer service, and data analysis.
Assist in the review and verification of loan documentation post-closing to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support the preparation and organization of loan files for final review and archiving.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to loan documents.
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in the loan processing system.
Help prepare reports related to loan performance and compliance for management review.
Participate in various projects aimed at improving loan operations processes and enhancing efficiency.
Provide support to team members in responding to internal inquiries regarding loan status and documentation.
Performs additional duties and or projects as required.
Qualifications:Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (freshmen, sophomores, or juniors preferred).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of loan operations processes is a plus (but not required).
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Hours - Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
Wage Range:
The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
