We are currently seeking a Loan Servicer I to join our corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. This position will require effective communication both within and outside the company. Qualifications:

- Ability to operate standard office equipment and use required software applications such as Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Provide high level customer service
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with Loan Servicing personnel to assist in monitoring, managing and servicing complex commercial loans
- Monitor borrower compliance with loan documentation which includes but not limited to insurance requirements, payment of taxes, financials and debt service payments and assist in resolving any deficiencies
- Work closely with loan servicing personnel, account officers and/or attorneys in the general servicing work out of assigned portfolios which includes but not limited to, drafting of payoff letters, loan modifications, forbearance agreements and default notices
- Maintain loan file documentation
- Process monthly billings and payments which includes but not limited to, reconciling interest payments and interest accruals
- Prepare periodic servicing reports
- Perform regular audits and reconciliations of loan terms, debt service payments and interest accruals
- Ability to work independently, organizing, managing and tracking multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
- Follow written policies and procedures
- Take ownership and hold themselves and others accountable for delivering accurate results
- Contribute to team projects and support teammates as requested
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree preferred or equivalent work related experience
- Experience working commercial loan servicing or legal documentation preferred
- Any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources
