We are hiring a Loan Officer Assistant for our office.
The Loan Officer Assistant is expected to provide sales support to a top producing team to maintain and build client relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support top producing Origination Team with general administrative tasks related to promoting loan products to clients and referral partners
- Assist Team with obtaining loan conditions from clients and answering questions about the loan process
- Input loan application data provided by the borrower into the loan origination software and/or Encompass
- Run AUS preapprovals as requested
- Submit lock request through Encompass.
- Obtain loan rates and pricing
- Communicate loan status with referral sources, escrow, Loan Processing, and/or Realtors
- Prepare various client and sales communication for the team
- Set-up meetings with various potential referral partners
- Help manage pipelines
Minimum Requirements:
- High School degree or GED
- 1+ year administrative or origination experience
- Experience with Encompass and Excel a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Detail and results oriented
- Must have a NMLS license
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
We offer a comprehensive benefit package including; medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $35,000 - $36,000/yr. plus bonus. This is a full-time position.
