Job Description:

• Responsible for booking commercial and consumer loans onto the bank's system of record, ensuring lien perfection, and maintaining collateral control through document tracking and standardization. Perform data entry with high accuracy, complete the booking process on time, and conduct research confidently. Collaborate with vendors, legal counsel, and business partners to deliver exceptional service while maintaining minimal errors. Support team meetings, training, and quality reviews as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer and/or commercial loan documentation.


• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.


• Attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints in a team setting.


• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Credit Policy, GFS, LoanIQ, EDR, Tradeline, and QAPR.

Key Skills:

• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and prioritization.


• Data collection and entry, quality assurance, and risk management.


• Strong oral and written communication.

Education:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience (Four-year degree preferred).
