Position Summary
This is a full-time, on-site, Documentation & QC Analyst position, based in our Chandler, Arizona offices.
The Loan Documentation and QC Analyst position requires experience in construction-related loan processing, and a strong working knowledge of servicing, documentation and closing. Cohorts will include Loan Processors and Servicing Analysts.
Responsibilities
- Update loan documentation in our Loan Origination System (LOS) to ensure timely, accurate and detailed records.
- Review loan documentation for authenticity, note language and validation to system of record.
- Adherence to service level agreements, quality control goals and internal procedures.
- Review, analyze and determine proper handling for commercial loan documentation.
- Collateral lien and insurance processing.
- Process fees and prepare documents for closing.
- Generate typical loan documents applicable to each product, type and tenor.
- Request status from vendors, and processors for appraisals, final inspections, and flood certificates.
- Perform as a liaison for closing issues and provide title review.
- Coordinate closings while meeting state and federal regulatory requirements.
- Review loan documents to ensure transactions follow any special investor requirements.
- Perform and document consistent Quality Control checks on closing documents.
- Confirm that planned Closing is consistent with the final underwriting approval.
- Recommend and implement best practices as part of Reliant’s dedication to creating an industry-leading customer experience.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business, paralegal or equivalent work experience in financial services
- Good knowledge of operational risk and loan processing workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to internal standards
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software tools, including standard LOS and servicing platforms
