About the Job
We are looking to hire a Loan Closing coordinator to join our client's team, the ideal candidate would bring 2 or more years of bank or mortgage experience working in their closing department. This person should be highly organized with the ability to multi-task successfully.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8: 30 am to 5 pm

Functions
- Check loan packages when received from processing for completeness, accuracy, correct loan registration and disclosures.
- Prepare loan closing package for all Banker files. This includes all documentation for mortgage lien and purchase of loan by end-investor.
- Prepare aggregate escrow calculation for all tax escrowed banker files.
- Answer closing inquiries from closing agents and/or internal staff, when necessary
- Do preliminary CD workout in Approval/Resubmittal status
- Review all invoices for credit/appraisal/VOE to ensure proper fee was disclosed and being collected
- Provide proper disclosures for extended files.
- Continuing training on conventional/ government investor requirements.
- Review TRID requirements for timely delivery of the CD
- Be a team player –KYSO service.
Education/Certification:
- High School degree or equivalent
Required Experience
- Two or more years experience in a bank or mortgage company in the closing department
Required Knowledge
- Familiarization with legal documents
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and LOS
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a cooperative, collegial manner with other departments to accomplish Company goals and objectives
