Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Administration:
oAssist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
oMaintain and update project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
oCreate and distribute clear project documentation, such as status reports, meeting minutes, and project updates.
oOrganize and manage project files and records to ensure a clear audit trail.
Communication and Collaboration:
oAct as a liaison between project teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
oFacilitate effective communication and information flow throughout the project lifecycle.
oProactively identify potential issues and escalate to project managers as needed.
oConduct and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up and action items are addressed.
Resource Management:
oAssist in allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials) efficiently.
oCoordinate with different departments to secure necessary support for projects.
Risk and Issue Management:
oIdentify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
oTrack and manage project issues, working with the team to find solutions.
Continuous Improvement:
oContribute to the review and analysis of project performance.
oSuggest process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications:
oEducation: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent experience.
oExperience: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or project support role.
oExcellent organizational and time management skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
oStrong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
oTeam player: Must be collaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
oProblem-solving ability: Can think critically and propose solutions under pressure.
oProficiency in project management tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is a plus.
oAttention to detail: A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
