About the Job
Our client is looking for an LMS Specialist to help with a 2-week project
building out internal compliance courses. This will be full-time, 40 hours a
week, working EST hours.
Must have experience with Articulate & Storyline. Ideally looking to have
someone start Monday, November 18 th .
As a key member of the Global Talent Development team, the LMS Administrator
& Coordinator will play a central role in providing high-quality support for
the Learning & Development team.
This position is responsible for the maintenance and execution of the learning
management system (LMS), including the maintenance, evaluation,
licensing, and training of any external tools or technologies within the
online classroom, including the testing, evaluation, and support of
tools. The LMS Administrator & Coordinator will also strategically manage
data, reporting, and data access. A major focus will be on the adoption
and raising of the organization's understanding and proficiency of training
material; assisting in the development of training content, including
slides, videos, and quizzes; loading training content into LMS, and
creating assignments for employees. This position will also be responsible for
designing and updating SharePoint pages and managing special projects.
Here are some of the exciting things you'll get to do:
Work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use, and
configuration of Office 365 LMS.
Contribute to the vision and execution of "micro-learning" adoption across
the organization.
Support the deployment of learning programs including uploading and updating
courseware and curricula, training assignments, learner notification
text, and rules in LMS.
Develop training content (webinars, documents, videos) and execute
online and onsite training.
Coordinate and conduct webinars using MS TEAMS, or similar programs and
upload recordings into LMS.
Apply communication and problem-solving skills to actively assist the business
on issues related to the design, development, deployment, and operation
of learning solutions.
Develop and maintain training status reports and presentations.
Generate LMS reports for Leadership.
Provide technical support to users, should be able to communicate
effectively to all levels of the organization.
Manage and troubleshoot various database issues.
Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that
yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience.
May facilitate live and recorded learning.
Work on special projects as needed.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
LMS 365, Articulate, Storyline, and SharePoint experience required.
5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development,
Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Keen attention to detail, action-oriented, excellent organization
skills, and demonstrated ability to move forward multiple projects
simultaneous
Strong ownership drive, proactive and deadline-driven
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ability to build relationships, communicate, and collaborate effectively
across all functions and levels of the organization as well as vendors.
Audio and video editing software experience required.
