Short Description:
- The candidate must have advanced/ in depth understanding and experience with Saba and Skillsoft Percipio plus multiple other LMS platforms like Cornerstone, Absorb, Success Factors, Workday, Dochebo, Adobe. HTML skills an advantage
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain all LMSelement functionality including content integrations and creation, creatingclasses, building assignments, researching databases for information.
- Creates, maintains, and updates configuration of learning content in the system
- Shares responsibility for testing learning object functionality in the LMS
- Inputs data and performs quality control of data input by other training staff
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on LMS functionality and processes, as well as providing LMSsupport and enhancing the LMS user experience
- Acts in a Customer Suppor trole by answering key questions of learners, field personnel, corporate staff, and department teammates over online chat, email via the Functional Help EmailBox, and telephone communication (2nd line support)
- Responsible for managingdata feeds between the LMS and other information systems, as well as providingtechnical support, troubleshooting, and testing activities, when necessary
- Update the LMS UserHomepage monthly to ensure regular return traffic & implement strategies toincrease interest in the content being promoted Technology
- Provide end-usertroubleshooting, issue remediation, technology request assistance, andescalation management.
- Monitor reoccurring issues, system/data or process gaps and proactively identify potential sources ofincreased efficiency and enhancements.
- Develop and ensurestandardized LMS operational processes, procedures, guidelines, anddocumentation are in line with Global Learning Center plan and governance.
Data Structure & Management
- Approve user logins asneeded and assign user permissions and roles.
- Create and manage userorganizational unit structures including the creation of user groups.
- Manage inbound and outbounduser data feed between Workday, CORNERSTONE SBX and Skillsoft Percipio.
Reporting and Analytics
- Develop complex reportsusing both out-of-box tools, and enterprise reporting tools.
- Develop and updatestandardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information;generate standard and custom reports.
- Maintain accurate data andrecords and analyze reporting data;recommend strategic direction to Learningteam, HR Partners & internal clients.
- Recognizes trends andprovides feedback plus recommendations to training management
- Create and validate reportsfor audit requests, as required
Specialized Projects
- Leads Cornerstone SBXprojects, enhancements, and system upgrades
- Develop complex solutionsthat extend and enhance system functionality. This would include systemintegrations, bulk data import/export operations, custom reports, etc.Solutions might also require functional workarounds within the system –so adeep functional knowledge of LMS features is expected
- Leads the configuration andtesting of system enhancements
- Validates and implementssystem upgrades

- Delivers LMS training to appropriateaudiences;evangelizes the content library & LMS capabilities to Businessgroups to increase utilization
- Writes desk procedures andquality work instructions
- Facilitates trainingsessions regarding LMS processes, as needed
Vendor Management:
- Interacts with technical vendors and help desk
- Provides guidance andrecommendations for decisions and/or problem resolution related to LMS
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3+ years’experience working with the Cornerstone SBXEnterprise LMS (current ver. SBX U58). Technical experience is required, along with sound functional knowledge. You should be well versed in developing complex integrations, building reports, and developing extract/transform/load operations. Experience with CORNERSTONE SBX Skills Graph and related functionality a bonus.
- 3+years experience with Workday as their HRIS
- Preferred experience with Skillsoft Percipio or another third-party content provider
- Preferred experience with other Enterprise wide LMS solutions eg: Cornerstone, Success Factors, Totara, Dochebo, Sana, etc
- HTML basic to mid level coding to be able to customize the LMS User Interface to improve the User experience –an advantage
