Live-in cases available on a 3-4 day basis!

Alvita Care is seeking top-notch caregivers who have experience with live-in cases in Suffolk County, Long Island. Alvita Care clients are all private-pay and we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We provide relief and assurance to family members in the areas of In-Home Personal Care, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Palliative and hospice Care, and Geriatric Care Management and have earned The Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of New York
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Statement
• Must complete Alvita Care onboarding process to accept cases
• Drivers strongly preferred

DETAILS:

• Live-ins available on a 3 to 4-day basis; no 7-day live-ins available at this time
• Varying schedule needs in Glen Cove, Oyster Bay, Port Washington, & Great Neckstarting ASAP
• Patient transfer experience and comfortability are a plus
• Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check options available)\

All applicants are subject to a phone screening to determine compatibility and overall availability of accommodations for both the caregiver and the agency. Please note that cases with Alvita Care are only available to caregivers who complete the onboarding process and attend/complete orientation.
