Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery documents, and judicial forms.
- Manage attorneys' calendars, depositions, hearings, and trial dates.
- Handle document management, client communication, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of California litigation experience (state and federal, including e-filings).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
