This team of dedicated Attorneys specializes in providing exceptional legal services to clients.

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Litigation Secretary to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
• Managing and organizing case files and documents, both in paper and electronic formats.
• Assisting attorneys in preparing for court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.
• Maintaining attorney calendars and scheduling appointments and hearings.
• Coordinating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a professional manner.
• Filing legal documents with local and federal courts and agencies.
• Conducting legal research and assisting with the preparation of legal briefs and memos.
• Other administrative tasks and projects as required to support the legal team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Secretary or Legal Assistant.
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of court rules and procedures in Sacramento and surrounding areas.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
