CBIZ is working with a highly regarded Los Angeles based law firm near LAX. The ideal candidate will have Federal, State and e-filing experience and strong MS Word skills. Firm offers excellent benefits and a very stable environment.

For job requisitions posted to certain locations, CBIZ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range. This compensation range is specific to certain locations and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Base salary: $80,000-107,000; exempt; competitive bonuses.
Below are the criteria for this position
- 5+ years of experience working as a litigation legal secretary in a law firm environment
- Experience handling Federal filings, including heavy e-filing
- Excellent phone skills are a must
- Strong organizational abilities (all emails related to client matters are electronically filed by the secretary on the desk)
- Must have strong TOC and TOA, as well STYLES
- Strong calendaring skills
- Transcription experience preferred
- Advanced MS Word
