Litigation Secretary (Intellectual Property) - AGG Legal Staffing

Law firm in Century City is seeking a Litigation Secretary to assist 5-6 Litigators in Intellectual Property, Commercial and Civil litigation matters. This person must be an expert in Federal Court filings, including all IP filings. Candidate must be well versed in all IP litigation matters and be open to handling commercial litigation matters, including formatting and proofreading pleadings, creating TOC/TOA's, calendaring and trial preparation.
