Litigation Secretary for Reputable Irvine Law Firm - Adams & Martin Group

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a large, state-wise law firm that has an office in Irvine. The firm is seeking to hire an experienced Litigation Secretary to join the firm. This role requires candidates to be able to work onsite at the office in Irvine.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

• Prepare legal documents, correspondence and memos
• State and Federal Court e-Filing
• Calendar court dates and deadlines
• Organizes and manages attorney calendar for meetings, travel, depositions, etc
• Expertise with document management systems (iManage, FileSite, etc)
• Strong MS Office skills using Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
