Job Details
The Litigation Paralegal will work directly with our Litigation Attorneys to manage all aspects of a client's cases, including discovery, settlements, mediation, trial preparation, and other administrative tasks.
Detailed job duties include:
- Provide legal support to personal injury attorneys and other paralegal staff.
- Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing Pleadings and Discovery
- Review and summarize medical records and bills.
- Maintain attorney calendar, schedule depositions, and court hearings
- Communicate with client and provide regular updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Preferred 3 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
