Litigation Paralegal (Securities) at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C.

Bressler, Amery & Ross, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks a Paralegal for its’ Florham Park, NJ office to support its Securities Practice Group. Hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday.

Essential Duties

• Assist with arbitration/trial scheduling, preparation and hearings.
• Prepare and file court documents.
• Work with attorneys to collect and analyze documents.
• Assist in file management.
• Manage substantial caseload.
• Interact with firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education

• 4+ years’ of experience required.
• Experience with SEC and FINRA enforcement proceedings, regulatory investigations and arbitrations is preferred.
• Experience filing documents on FINRA’s portal preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Familiarity with document management systems is desirable.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• A minimum of a 4-year college degree or relevant work equivalent.
