Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Pay: $80,000 to $120,000 annually
Experience: 6+ years in preparing attorneys for trials, arbitrations, and mediations, preparing third-party subpoenas (including calculation of all deadlines), and assistance at trial preferably supporting a labor & employment litigation practice.
Education: ABA-approved Paralegal certificate and a degree from an accredited college or university.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30pm

Job Description:
- Assist with all aspects of the discovery and litigation process.
- Investigating facts, propounding/responding to discovery, and preparing third-party subpoenas and documents for filing in Federal and State courts.
- Conducting legal research and cite-checks briefs.
- Reviewing, redacting, and preparing documents for production.
- Maintaining/organizing documents.
- Preparing calendar deadlines and assisting with all aspects of pre-trial and trial preparation.
Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and commonly used trial preparation software, required (LexisNexis, Westlaw, LiveNote, Relativity, CaseMap, preferred).
- Experience with court docketing and expense/billing systems is preferred.
