This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters, providing vital support to our attorneys. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple cases from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and all necessary documents are prepared and filed. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of complex litigation matters, providing vital support to our attorneys. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple cases from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and all necessary documents are prepared and filed. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Managing complex litigation calendars, ensuring all deadlines are accurately recorded and met.
- Tracking billable time and maintaining meticulous records for client billing.
- Utilizing legal software systems like FileSite, iManage, Elite, and e-discovery tools to organize and manage case files.
- Coordinating with clients, court personnel, and other law firms to gather and exchange information.
- Conducting legal research and assisting in the preparation of case strategies.
- Assisting attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating witness schedules.
- Ensuring the confidentiality of all sensitive client information.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- A bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field; a paralegal certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Strong experience with calendaring and calendar management in a legal setting.
- Proven experience with legal software systems such as FileSite, iManage, Elite, and e-discovery tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in tracking billable time and preparing client billing reports.
- Knowledge of court rules and procedures.
