Dillingham & Murphy, LLP, an AV-rated established San Francisco law firm seeks a highly motivated paralegal with 2+ years of relevant litigation experience ato join its litigation practice. Candidates should have excellent post-high school grades and be comfortable in a collegial setting that also demands a high level of responsibility, heavy client contact, and an active approach to litigation. Additionally, a demonstrated ability and desire to handle assignments with minimal supervision, follow directions, and exercise judgment will be critical skills needed to succeed. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also required.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. 

Responsibilities

• Legal fact and basic legal research
• Assist with case management
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule calendars

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Ability to work overtime
