Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
2. Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.
3. Spanish a plus
4. Proficiency in legal research, legal document preparation, case management, and litigation support.
5. Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
6. Familiarity with legal compliance requirements and procedures.
7. Experience in legal case evaluation and strategy development.
8. Proficiency in using legal software for case management, document review, and trial preparation.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals.

- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials.

- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule hearings, depositions, and other meetings.
