Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate large collections of ESI, ensuring accurate organization and efficient accessibility for legal proceedings.
- Assist in drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments.
- Prepare for and participate in all aspects of trial preparation, including witness preparation, exhibit management, and trial presentation.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to develop case strategy and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
- Utilize advanced technical skills to navigate Legal Support Software (preferably IPRO/Eclipse) and other document management systems effectively.
- Continuously adapt and learn new software systems relevant to complex litigation practices.
Requirements:
- Substantial experience managing large collections of ESI in a litigation context.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
- Familiarity with trial presentation software (e.g., Trial Director or Sanction), Filesite, Access, and Forte is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality work standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
