Job Description

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as discovery responses, motions, briefs, and complaints
• Manage and file legal documents through the NJ Courts Online E-File system and PACER
• Conduct legal research to support litigation, including court procedures and related matters
• Prepare trial and hearing materials, including organizing TOC and TOA for briefs
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assist in trial preparation, hearings, and legal closings
• Provide support in property tax appeals and general litigation tasks

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Paralegal certificate or a degree in paralegal studies
• Proficient in e-filing with NJ Courts and federal systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Experience with document management systems like NetDocs, Microsoft Office, and Adobe PDF
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
