Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview: The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including drafting motions, briefs, and pleadings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and updated.
• Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.
• Coordinate depositions, witness interviews, and trial logistics.
• Prepare and file court documents electronically and in person as required.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and other parties involved in cases.
• Maintain case calendars and track deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Computer/tech skills.
• Civil Procedure state and federal knowledge.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in litigation support.
• eDiscovery experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
