Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.
- Coordinate document production and manage discovery processes, including document review and organization.
- Assist with deposition preparation, including preparing witness binders and exhibits.
- Maintain case files and ensure all documents are properly filed and recorded.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
- Previous experience working as a litigation paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
