Position Overview:The firm is looking for a dedicated Litigation Paralegal with over 5 years of experience in state and federal court filings, trial preparation, and familiarity with court rules. This on-site role in San Francisco involves assisting attorneys with case filings, billing, trial prep, and ensuring procedural compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file documents for state and federal courts
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case organization
• Manage case billing and adherence to court rules

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Familiarity with state and federal court processes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $95,000 - $125,000
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor match; commuter stipend; 25 days of PTO, paid holidays, and alignment with court closures.
