Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join a prestigious AmLaw 50/100 firm based in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented paralegal to work on high-stakes class action cases and contribute to a dynamic legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for complex litigation matters, specifically class action cases.
• Manage case files, ensuring all relevant documents are accurately organized and readily accessible.
• Assist in the preparation of legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Coordinate the discovery process, including reviewing and producing documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys in case preparation.
• Prepare trial and deposition exhibits and assist with trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses to coordinate schedules and gather information.
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and filings to ensure compliance with procedural rules.
• Manage and organize large volumes of case-related documents and data using case management software.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with significant experience in class action cases
• Proven experience working in an AmLaw 50/100 firm or similarly large, high-profile firm.
• Proficiency in case management software (e.g., Relativity, iManage) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent legal education is preferred.
