Litigation Paralegal - Gpac

About the Job
The Litigation Paralegal will-
- Support litigation counsel in all stages of litigation
- Manage the discovery process, including the collection, retention, and production of documents, and assist counsel in drafting discovery responses
- Draft basic legal documents, including settlement agreements, document retention notices, and response letters.
- Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits
- Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Required Experience/ Skills-
Minimum 2 years civil litigation experience in:
- Organizing large caseloads, discovery and trial preparation
- Commercial and business litigation, intellectual property experience is a plus
- Office management
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to act independently and with minimal supervision
