Position Overview
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm in search of an experienced Litigation Paralegal II to join their team. This position is pivotal in supporting the General Litigation/Business Trials team through all stages of the litigation process. The role is based onsite and offers a competitive salary range of $100K - $125K. The position has become available due to the retirement of a valued team member.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Litigation/Business Trials team throughout all litigation phases, from case initiation to discovery, trial, and post-trial findings and appeals.
- Assist the litigation department during all phases of the litigation process, providing crucial support from the initiation of a case to the discovery period, through trial and post-trial findings and appeals.
- Handle voluminous document productions and manage e-discovery processes.
- Utilize Relativity software to enhance litigation support efforts (experience with Relativity is a plus).
- Contribute to trial preparation and provide support during trial proceedings.
Top Qualifications
- 4 - 7+ years of civil litigation defense experience.
- Experience with voluminous document productions and e-discovery.
- Trial experience is a big plus.
Required Work Hours
Monday - Friday, standard business hours.
