We currently have an opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal with an established law firm in the Roseland, NJ area (zip code 07068). This is a very nice opportunity to work with attorneys in an entrepreneurial environment. 
Position responsibilities are:

• Provide High level Trial preparation and support, as needed. (i.e. organize and index trial exhibits and other supporting documents, )
• Prepare documents needed for Depositions and summarize Deposition Transcripts for use by attorneys
• Review and gather relevant documents for Motions and other Court submissions
• Organize exhibits for Pleadings and other Court submissions
• Research relevant information on public records, witnesses, adversaries, arbitrators, mediators,
• Coordinate and file Pleadings with the Court 
• Draft Interrogatories, Document Requests, Requests for Admissions, and Subpoenas
• Prepare and process Electronic Filings 
• Draft letters to clients as well as Settlement Agreements
• Prepare Mediation Submissions
• Conduct legal research

Position requirements are:

• 4-6 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent technical skills including proficiency in MS Office and E-Discovery or other document software
