Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
- 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, including case management and trial preparation.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, organize case files, and handle high-pressure environments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritize competing demands.
- Availability to work extended hours during trial preparation and attend proceedings as needed
Litigation Paralegal Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in [insert specific type of litigation if applicable].
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and case management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
