Boutique Litigation Firm in Irvine is seeking to hire a senior Litigation Paralegal for the firm. The current person in the role relocated out of state and cannot stay with the firm.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years working as a litigation paralegal, ideally doing work in Complex Business Litigation, Labor & Employment Litigation or General Civil Litigation.
The role primarily supports 2 of the partners of the firm who generate most of the cases for the firm.
General drafting, document production, legal research are the main daily duties of the role.
Additional skills include the ability to e-file court documents (there is a litigation secretary at the firm who does most of this, but being able to support is a plus), use MS Excel (they would like someone who can create basic pivot tables).
The preference of firm is to have someone be able to work onsite in the office in Irvine, but they will have some flexibility in the schedule.
