LITIGATION PARALEGAL- INSURANCE DEFENSE

A well-known Atlanta law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in insurance defense, premise/product liability, transportation, etc. This Paralegal must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and well-versed in litigation processes. 

Our client is located in the heart of Atlanta and offers a hybrid work schedule after training. This firm has excellent benefits including health insurance, life insurance, profit sharing, and more. 

Duties include:

• Managing litigation cases from start to finish
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including discovery
• Reviewing and summarizing depositions and records
• Requesting and maintaining client records
• Coordinating and communicating with experts
• Preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Assisting with e-filing

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation paralegal role
• Knowledge of litigation processes
• Proficiency in legal software plus MS Office
