Litigation Paralegal, Hybrid - Swanson Martin and Bell LLP

Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP has an opening for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, able to manage busy attorneys and work independently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions where there are many parties involved, legal research, opening new files, time entry, and day-to-day responsibilities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in trial experience
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team, to assist attorneys
• Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Document Management System (DMS) experience
