Job Details
Primary Duties:
Work on catastrophic/complex litigation cases that will be going to trial.
Managing litigation dockets by taking ownership of your files.
Client management.
Drafting petitions.
Ordering Medical and Billing Records.
Coordinating Depos.
Assisting attorneys in preparation for hearings and trials.
Investigating and fact-finding for cases.
Assisting in preparing legal documents such as legal arguments, motions, contracts and agreements.
Organizing, indexing and tracking files.
Analyzing and organizing information to produce reports.
Providing administrative support for attorneys in court and at the offices.
Preferred Skills:
At least 5 years’ experience in PLAINTIFF personal injury litigation.
Experience in trial;
Excellent organizational and logic skills.
Excellent Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft 365).
Familiarity with legal databases, preferably Needles.
Ability to multi-task and perform on deadline.
